Our 7-Step Process
Each step in our manufacturing process is carefully controlled to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Raw Material Preparation
We source high-quality recycled and virgin paper stock. The paper rolls are loaded onto our corrugator machine for processing.
Corrugating
The fluting medium is heated and pressed between corrugating rolls to create the signature wave pattern. This is then bonded to liner boards using starch-based adhesive.
Cutting & Scoring
Large sheets are cut to size using precision rotary or flat-bed die cutters. Score lines are added for precise folding.
Printing
Custom designs are applied using flexographic printing technology. We can print up to 6 colors with high precision and vibrant results.
Folding & Gluing
Die-cut blanks are folded and glued using automated folder-gluers. This creates the final box structure ready for shipping.
Quality Control
Every batch undergoes rigorous testing including burst tests, edge crush tests, and visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Shipping & Delivery
Finished products are palletized, wrapped, and shipped via our nationwide logistics network directly to your facility.
